A newly built residential building, currently at the final stage of completion. Visitors will be able to tour the studio on the planted rooftop. The building’s façade features elements that harmonize with the natural and urban environment, characterized by simple, clean lines. On the T. Oikonomidi Street side, planted overhangs unify the balconies and, together with the green roof, help reduce the urban heat island effect while naturally enhancing the façade’s understated aesthetic.
