Mansion, a typical example of the architecture in Ano Poli. It houses the services of the 3rd Municipal Community, and from 2019 it also hosts the pilot program “The Neighborhood Room” *.

* Neighborhood Room is a program of the Municipality of Thessaloniki implemented by the Municipal Non-Profit Company PERA in the Second, Third and Fourth Municipal Communities with the support of the Center for Business and Cultural Development (KEPA). The program is being implemented with the exclusive donation of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation, as part of a donation of € 10,000,000 to the Municipality of Thessaloniki.
