The painting studio and residence of artist Nikos Tsiaparas are housed within the Stergiopoulos Mansion, a 1930s building that was designated a preserved monument in 2016. Influenced by the modernism of the interwar period and the Art Deco movement, the building’s architecture stands out for its geometric balance, curved balconies, and refined decorative details.
After first opening its doors in 2023, the artist has now moved to a new space within the same building.
