TRAM DEPOT

The tram depot is a historic industrial complex that gave its name to the wider area (dépôt meaning “warehouse”). It first began operating in 1893, initially serving horse-drawn trams. After the tram network was discontinued, the building hosted various uses. Now under the ownership of the Municipality of Thessaloniki, plans for its redevelopment are currently being explored.
The tour will take place in the courtyard.
