MADE IN THESSALONIKI

Parallel event

MADE in Thessaloniki is an event concerning tours in creative and production spaces. MADE in Thessaloniki aims to highlight the city’s creative side, introducing to the public established and rising creators and producers who are active in Thessaloniki and stand out for their work. The creators & producers themselves will present the tours and visitors will have the opportunity to see up close how they work, using modern and traditional methods, explore the production spaces and understand their works’ production process.

The program is announced every year in early November.

FOR ATTENDING THE TOURS:

1. Study the program.
2. Create your digital identity (visitor QR code) through the link that will be announced here one week before the event. It is also possible to create your digital identity on-site at the first location you visit.*
3. Visit the spaces that interest you during their opening hours.
4. Wait for your turn to follow the tour. Entrance by order of priority (based on the time of arrival at each space, during the opening hours) and at set intervals.

The creation of an digital identity (QR code) is required, which is unique for each visitor. The digital identity does not correspond to a reservation or priority queue, it simply facilitates the process of recording visitors to the spaces they are visiting. To facilitate the process, visitors can create their digital identity (QR) before visiting the venues via a link that will be announced here a few days in advance. The digital ID for the parallel activities (Nov 14-20) is different from the one for the main event (Nov 21-22).

No reservations are made.

Entrance is free for all.

Visitors are advised to arrive in time in the buildings they wish to visit, as after the end of the opening hours, the space closes. Therefore, if there is a waiting time you may not be able to follow the tour.

Visitors must follow and respect the special requirements that a space may have in order to enter (eg. no photos, entrance without shoes or with plastic covers, ID demonstration).

Organizers can enter with priority in tours.
